A/B Test Requirements: The A/B test must be conducted in a fair and unbiased manner, with both the existing landing page and our landing page being tested under identical conditions. The A/B test must be conducted using a minimum of 2500 visitors per variation and must run for at least 30 days. Both variations should be presented under similar conditions to ensure fairness.

Initiating a Refund

If you are not satisfied with the performance of our landing page service and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide Documentation: Attach documentation of your A/B test, including the methodology used, the duration of the test, and the conversion rate data for both your existing landing page and the ScaleCorrect landing page.
Review Process: Our customer support team will review your request and documentation within 7 business days. We may request additional information or clarification during this review process. We may also request a video consultation with screen sharing to verify the authenticity of the data provided and ensure it is not fraudulent.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

Notification: You will receive an email notification confirming that your refund has been approved.
Refund Issuance: The refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 30 business days of the approval notification.

Costs and Fees

No Additional Fees: There are no fees associated with requesting a refund under our money-back guarantee policy.
Full Refund: If approved, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the landing page service.

Requirements

Digital Product: Our refund policy applies solely to the digital landing page service provided by ScaleCorrect.
